How it works...

Warmly is an all-in-one Heating Plan covering the cost of your new boiler, the installation, annual servicing and repairs in one fixed monthly payment.

Quote

A Warmly installer will undertake a survey of your home, either face to face, via a video call or an online survey. Either way a number of boiler options will be discussed with you on a call or presented back to you online allowing you to choose what is right for you.

Apply

Once you're happy with a boiler option and price you can apply for Warmly online via the link sent to you by email or, apply directly online via the Warmly installer website. You can also sign your documents and arrange your preferred payment date all within the online application.

Install

Once you are happy with the installation you will start to make your monthly payments.

Feel Warmly

We arrange and carry out your annual service and safety checks, so you can relax knowing your boiler is running safely and efficiently. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will repair your boiler at no extra cost.

What's included?

Our prices start from £36 per month** and are fixed for the duration of the plan.
There are absolutely no additional costs or increases.

A super efficient A-rated leading brand boiler, which is also Hydrogen Gas ready, so if supply changes in the future, you're ready.

We cover all annual service costs during your Warmly Plan, plus you can relax knowing we'll remind you each time your service is due.

Unlimited boiler repairs (including parts and labour) and if your boiler can't be fixed, we'll replace it free of charge.

Deal directly with trained, local Gas Safe registered experts you can trust. If you've got a problem, they're just a phone call away with no call-out charges to worry about.

The installation, repairs and all safety checks are covered for the entirety of the plan. There are no excess charges, no inflation increases and no call-out fees.

Certainty in an uncertain world - your monthly cost is fixed for the life of your plan, meaning there's no price increases.

Our guarantees...

Lifetime cover

All boiler servicing and repairs, including parts and labour, are covered by your monthly payment for the lifetime of the Heating Plan. At the end of the term, your plan will end and you'll own the boiler. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us to find out more about upgrading to a new boiler and plan.

Fixed price guarantee

Our quotes are competitive and fixed. Unlike some boiler heating plans, we don't charge any other fees and our costs will stay fixed for the full term. No call-out fees, no excess costs, no up-front payment and no inflationary increases.

Satisfaction pledge

We only partner with Gas Safe registered engineers who install the highest quality boilers and maintain them with care. We don't involve third parties or sub-contract, so you know exactly who you are dealing with.

Replacement protection

Our plan is so much more than a way of financing your boiler. It covers your boiler, so essential repairs can be carried out and if it can't be repaired, it'll be replaced free of charge, giving you that Warmly feeling.

Warmly is available on Worcester Bosch gas boiler installations for eligible domestic homeowners and landlords who:

  • Need a new boiler but don't want to pay the cost up front, or
  • Have an old, inefficient boiler that's costing more than necessary in repairs and energy bills, or
  • Would like the security of long-term boiler servicing, safety checks and repairs, with no excess in one monthly fixed cost.

You rent the boiler and equipment during the term of the agreement and then ownership of the boiler is transferred to you at the end of the agreement. This means you will own the boiler once your last payment has been made.

Our current plans have a duration of 10 years to help spread the cost and work alongside your 10 year warranty or guarantee.

Yes, you can pay the agreement off early at any point and take full ownership of the boiler. A specific early repayment figure can be provided by Warmly.

If you sell your home simply end the Warmly plan early prior to your home sale.

Yes, for landlords, the plan includes a Gas Safety Certificate as well as a boiler service.
